ZeroBox is an advanced analog modeling simulation that replicates a legendary sequencer-driven bassline synthesizer, recognized for its pivotal role in defining electronic music.

This software instrument accurately mimics both the signal path and the unique characteristics of the original synthesizer's components, such as oscillators, filters, and envelopes. ZeroBox authentically recreates not only the functional behavior of the original hardware but also the distinctive quirks that give it character. From the uniquely shaped waveforms of the analog oscillator to the renowned 4-pole diode ladder analog filter, every aspect has been preserved, including the eccentric interactions between different components.

The integrated digitally controlled sequencer is designed to reflect the vintage logic and pulse clock divisions of the original device. It benefits from a user-friendly front-end with accessible enhancements such as triplets and shuffle functions. ZeroBox can be operated with its built-in sequencer, used alongside external sequencers, or utilized as a standalone monophonic synthesizer known for its rich sound and deep low-end capabilities.

In addition to the primary bassline synthesizer features, ZeroBox offers six insert effects and two master effects, all easily accessible through a streamlined rack interface. Users can select from various effects, including chorus, flanger, analog vacuum tube distortion, transistor distortion, digital foldback distortion, bitcrusher, delay, and reverb.
